After checking into the various small cars available on the market, we decided the Honda Fit best meet our needs. We contacted American Express Car Buying Service and David McDavid of Irving Honda responded to our request. We scheduled an appointment and met Randy O'Connell who walked us through all the models and options available and we decided the Honda Fit EX was a better value and fit to our needs. With Randy's help, we were able to pick the car of our choice and drive home in it, in less than three hours. EXCELLENT! I went to have my oil change, I booked an appointment before and I immediately attended by Phillip Vantuyl the person I had assigned to do my service. He was very helpful explaining what my car (Honda Pilot 2013) needed to have done. I felt really at ease with his explanations and his service was very professional and made my experience very comfortable. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain to me each one of the services my car needed and why. He was very professional and with a customer service manners that very seldom you find. I will recommend anyone to have their car serviced by him, they will feel appreciated and confident that I got what I needed and not pushed to have things that my car doesn't need. Excellent experience! I walked in knowing exactly which used vehicle I was interested in and had done a lot of homework comparing what other lots had to offer. I ended up o I walked in knowing exactly which used vehicle I was interested in and had done a lot of homework comparing what other lots had to offer. I ended up on this vehicle because of the options available and the price being far enough under retail that it helped me with the negative equity on my trade. I work on the banking side of car lending so I knew what I was talking about and it was nice to have a salesman who acknowledged that and was easy to work with as a result. I also had a great experience when I went to financing and knew what options I did and did not want there. So at the end of the day I had great service, no hassle, and I was able to work with a dealership that has been trusted in the metroplex for a long time which is why I was willing to drive 3 hours just days before my due date to make this deal happen with these people! More

Typical Dealer Tactics After going to this dealership twice for two different deals, we will never be back. High pressure, bad service, and they don't honor their word. Won't discuss pricing unless we take a test drive, after they said to come in to see the deal he could offer. We discussed via email with the director of new car sales that we just wanted to see the price he would offer - a price that was somehow $3,000 lower than any other dealer in the area - and he said he would go over the details if we came in, instead we got hoops. The sales woman he passed us off to, who took our info, was somewhat belligerent. Will never come back, and will let our friends and family know what bad experiences we have had. More
