I realize this is an older review, but was thinking about buying another car and this experience came back to mind... The canned response from the dealership is laughable. It wasn't a "...price I felt was fair" it was a price they agreed to over email (in writing) with the sales manager, David Henry. I laid all of my cards on the table up front, he agreed to a deal and then backed out when I got there. That's it. I have told many people over the last three years never to do business with you all. I don't know what is so hard about a dealership just being honest with people.
