They were honest and straightforward throughout the process, no aggressive up sells or underhanded tactics. Our sales associate, Ann Stone was courteous and knowledgeable, and proactively went out of her way to save us time to keep our process moving on a busy, short handed night. This was easily the most pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. More

I fell in love and my sales associate Ann was so much fun that I bought the car same day. She was incredibly enthusiastic, not pushy at all and it was an extremely delightful experience! the finance rep was incredibly pushy and a little rude when I did not want the add on. More

I sent an online price request and Mr. Henry called me regarding the vehicle. I simply asked for his best out the door price as I was not in the market to haggle and go back and forth. I only wanted each dealer who I contacted to give me their best price and from there I would simply go and purchase the vehicle in cash. Apparently Mr. Henry didn't like this and got upset, started raising his voice and talking down on me. He stated he won't give me a price over the phone and that he could beat anyone's price, I just had to go see him and he would give me the best deal. I advised him that I would NOT drive all the way out to where he was unless he could give me his price. For some reason, this really ticked him off and again, the very rude and unprofessional Mr. Henry started talking down on me again raising his voice and yelling, and finally hanging up on me. I instead purchased from Honda of Ft worth, whom treated me with respect and gave me upfront pricing. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone if they have these types of employees working there. More

I honestly thought I was going to be there forever like most dealerships but this was the real hazle free negotiation. At the end I'm pleased with my new Accord.. Poor communication or bait cars I am a credit union member using their site (powered by TrueCar) for the 2nd time to buy a car. On May 20th I used the site to ID a number of cars I am a credit union member using their site (powered by TrueCar) for the 2nd time to buy a car. On May 20th I used the site to ID a number of cars I wanted to test drive, including: 1HGCR2F34FA115687 an Accord listed on TrueCar at $15,000 I emailed and called Travis at their Irving Honda store who said it was in stock. I told him I would drive straight their and was on site in in less than 30 minutes. The car was nowhere to be found, the salespersons-Sami and Dash-were kind and apologetic, but could not locate the car, instead showing me a car with more miles, accident history, and $5,000 more. I asked Sami to call me if he could find the car I drove to see. I did not hear back. I texted Travis my disappointment, but did not hear back from him. The store manager, Buck Barton, emailed me that evening, I told him it was not a pleasant experience, but requested he call me if he could find the vehicle I was looking for. He never wrote back. On May 27th I received a promotional email from Dash listing the car above as a special at $14,995.. With frustration, I wrote back that they had either forgotten to call me or were using the car as bait. She never wrote back. Again, using the credit union site on June 3rd, I found the car listed as a "great deal" again as one of the top suggestions, but this time listed at $16,091, almost $1,100 more and at one of their other stores. Running a business that size must be very challenging and communication almost impossible with the number of people they must have coming through. That said, I made an attempt to communicate with them and did not receive a response on from the internet sales director, general manager, and a salesperson. I'd hate to be in a situation where I was in a time crunch to buy from this store. More
