We brought the car with problems we're told that it was $140 per issue in case . Ask for owner told there wasn't one asked who was the in charge. He finally told us Bart Barton went to his office area was told he was out. We looked up his picture on Internet and low and below he was sitting in an office 30 feet away talking to someone. He then came over and paid lip service and told us he was not responsible for anything that we were told before he became the GM. He said he would turn it over to his finance manager. Vanessa came out and although she couldn't help us on our current issue regarding being lied to about the service contract she did offer options. I didn't have to argue at all like I have in the past when purchasing vehicles at other places to get a good price. They took great care of me and I love my new car! More
Pure Bait and switch I am surprised that this dealership has good reviews. But sales person Ann was very rude to us. We were not interested to go but as the car is not available with other dealer immediately,we thought lets try. As we were driving all the way there, I clearly mentioned the price and exact car details what I want. We were not even expecting to beat it,but hoping to get the car early with same price.They need the proof for offer so I sent it, then she asked us to come down. When we went there with appointment, she is busy with other customer and assigned a different sales person. so we had to explain everything and go through the test drive and paperwork basically their whole standard process. He told me he can't get the exact price as it has extra option-navigation. I can understand that, but I gave the full details of car what I want before I go there. We got tired as its after work, my husband was ready to pay extra for navigation. This sales guy was way better than Ann and he told he will check with manager. Then Ann came and told the outrageous price. we asked, the car is not even in the lot and you promised you will beat the price. she said, yeah that car is gone (lying on our face) with attitude and this is not exact car, so I can't beat it. Really, that is same car with same trim but extra navigation and we went there within 2 hrs after we spoke to her. When I asked her, you really not interested to make the sale? she said, yes my manger wants me to push you away. Seriously, then why the xxxx she asked to us come down and treated us this bad. Never ever going to this place not even for servicing.we should have walk away way before all this drama but my husband is very patient man. Today got an email saying they will beat our best offer by $1000 and it made me to write this review. More

Upfront I told them I had to leave by a certain time and Ann was amazing in making sure the whole process was sped up and constantly asking if we were okay on time. She diligently went through everything quickly to make sure the best use of my time. I leased a car in under 3 hours!! I've never biught/leased a car that quickly. Definitely recommend Ann. More

Teaser price, charging almost $2k more when you get there. Typical bait and switch dealership. Advertise a teaser price online, confirm that they have the stock in the ad when you call them. Tell them as soon as you get there that you want to buy the car for the advertised price, they take me for a test drive (that experience would be 4 stars, the salesman, Nate, was pleasant). I like the car so sit down hoping to see some paperwork with the price advertised... They did actually put that price on the paper, but then said they had already put in a ProPack for $799 (really, $800 for a rubber trunk tray($114 list/$76 from online Honda dealer parts), wheel locks ($56 list/$37.50 online Honda dealer) and mud flaps/splash guards ($104 list/$70 from online Honda parts) So $274 list total???), $299 for pin striping (ridiculous, I didn't even notice there was a pin strip on the car...was it blue on blue?), $399 for tint (only thing that is really useful but only worth about $150 at fair market prices), and $299 for floor mats (OK, useful too but worth about $150. List $142, $96 from online Honda dealer parts department.) Next to the price in the ad it says +TTL, no superscript number, no asterisk... +TTL. The New Car Sales Manager, Ronnie , comes out to explain that it "clearly states in the ad that dealer accessories are extra." Ronnie, please!!! I wish I had asked him to read the text to me from the ad on my phone. So small you couldn't read, but also, not so "clear". The dealers as said " Dealer installed accessories vary per vehicle and the quote is for the vehicle as it sits". What quote, you ask? Well, since the "fine print" seems to apply to the ad, you would assume that "the quote" is the advertised price. Apparently, since " we are not responsible for any errors, omissions or typos contained in the above information", they aren't responsible for having any truth in advertising in their ad. So useful. By the way, all these disclaimers are in a tiny statement at the bottom of the ad following an asterisk...but there is no asterisk next to the prices to indicate that it isn't the real price. More

We asked for a quote on the internet and received the response from a few local Honda dealers. We started working with our salesperson, Michael Insall, from remote as he was the one most diligently following up with us. Knowing the typical reputation of car dealerships, we felt that we had to be cautious going through the process especially that we were asked to put down a non-refundable deposit to secure a promotional offer. Michael was very patient to work with us through text, phone calls, emails and assured us what to expect. After we arrived in Dallas, the process of finalizing the purchase at McDavid was indeed no hassle and very much aligned with what Michael promised. It was really a surprising treat and we would recommend Michael Insall without reservation. More

Ann was still with us and wanted to show us how to connect our phone to the car! Overall it was a great experience and in the future we will definitely be coming back to David McDavid and we will continue to reference our friends to this great dealership! Leon Tang from finances was also great help as he was very informative on the options and warranties on the car. And thank you Travis for the best deal & beating the price of Huggins Honda! More
