I wish it was always this easy. Just bought a 2018 Honda Accord and the process couldn't have been easier. Ann Stone provided us with the OTD pricing and we got exactly that. Nate sold me the car and he was really helpful and answered any questions that I had and Ann was really exceptional in her service and even helped me set my radio stations! This was great because I just moved to town and had no clue what to listen to. They were able to work with me in terms of pricing and financing and Leon was great and gave me some great coverage so that I literally have no worries on the road. Awful. Please read this before visiting David McDavid Irving Very disappointed, at least by one of the dealers, Charles Wilkerson. Avoid this guy. We bought CRV Touring in last Aug 2017 from here. Originally Very disappointed, at least by one of the dealers, Charles Wilkerson. Avoid this guy. We bought CRV Touring in last Aug 2017 from here. Originally, the two front windows were not tinted, and we asked to tint them for free. Charles Wilkerson, the dealer, said yes. We requested to have it written somewhere to make it official, just in case, but Charles Wilkerson said "he will make sure to have it done for free". For last two months, we communicated with him to set up a time to tint the windows, but IT NEVER HAPPENED. Actually, once, he told us to come in, but the tint guy was not available and we had to come back without any tinting. He always says that he'll take care of it FIRST THING IN THE MORNING (you'll hear this phrase A LOT from him), but he NEVER contacts us first until we contact him back again. Eventually, I recently came in by myself, and talked to the manager. The manager said he could not help me because it's not written in any document, and Charles Wilkerson made up a story that we agreed to pay for it several weeks ago. Why on earth would we change our mind to pay for something that was promised to be done for free?? What a joke. Avoid this place. At least, avoid Charles Wilkerson. He is NOT RELIABLE. We still have all the texts that went back and forth between me and Charles Wilkerson to set up a time to tint. More
