Extremely long wait, Associates not very knowledgeable. Frustrating experience. Even with appointment my vehicle was at this dealership for over six hours One of the services recommended should’ve be Frustrating experience. Even with appointment my vehicle was at this dealership for over six hours One of the services recommended should’ve been covered by Warranty, but the associate was not knowledgeable enough to check. When I pointed it out, he told me that I would receive a refund by a certain point, and that wasn’t the case… I’ve had to jump through hoops to speak with manager… with no luck. Going forward I will probably be taking my vehicle to a different dealership. Unacceptable service for the price paid More

Our sales representative, Maritza Tamayo, was especially outstanding—pleasant, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us get the deal done. It never felt pushy, just supportive and focused on making sure we were comfortable with everything. The finance team and management were just as impressive. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly explained, and overall made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here.
