I originally bought my vehicle from this dealership in 2020 and bought warranty for my services. To this day, i’ve received unsatisfactory service as I would have an appointment and wouldn’t be done til h 2020 and bought warranty for my services. To this day, i’ve received unsatisfactory service as I would have an appointment and wouldn’t be done til hours later. I would also get told that my service would be free due to the inconvenience when my oil change is already in my warranty. I’ve been to this dealership multiple times regarding a recall for my vehicle. I’d call ahead of time to be sure the part is available. When I would arrive, they tell me that they don’t have it, thus wasting my time. I wouldn’t bother wasting anymore time at this dealership. More
I bought from this dealer a Honda Pilot,the handing over was delayed for 5 days,after I get it and after exactly two weeks the check engine light went on and once this happened I went back to them were they was delayed for 5 days,after I get it and after exactly two weeks the check engine light went on and once this happened I went back to them were they offered me a nother car instead, I agreed and took the other car after paying $10.000 as down payment, now what happened is that they topped up the old car’s price and even more on the new car’s price, I went back to ask them, they told me that they did a trade deal against the old car,noting that at the beginning they told me not to worry about the old car’s price as they are going to make it paid off.
