Sally called us when we were on our way from Oregon to Idaho to ask if we wanted a spray in bed liner. We did but didn't think they could do it in time. We also added nerf bars and the truck was finished and parked up front when we arrived. The longest part of our purchase was visiting with Sally, who we adore. Once again, finance was a breeze (and even fun with the leasing guy). I have always hated buying a car at dealerships. Dave Smith isn't a typical dealership. They make buying a car easy, stress free, and fun. I highly recommend them. We will never buy a car from another dealership again. Save yourself a lot of frustration and stress, go see Sally. More

We waited 10+ hrs at the dealership. They implemented a new system that wasn't working properly. We had waited over 10+ hours with 3 kids. We weren't able to leave until after midnight They implemented a new system that wasn't working properly. We had waited over 10+ hours with 3 kids. We weren't able to leave until after midnight and still had a 4 hr drive ahead of us. The dealership promised us a check to pay for our dinner since we were unable to leave. I would have just left if the paperwork wasn't already signed and we were waiting for the last step. NEVER RECIEVED A CHECK. I just don't like being lied to. We were held up for a long time. I didn't need the money to pay for dinner but when promised we thought that was very thoughtful until we were dissapointed when we never recieved one. We had higher expectations because we bought at "Dave Smith", they wouldn't lie to us. But at our dissapointment they did. The salesman was excellent, not his fault. The price was great, but I don't know if I'd make that far of a drive again to purchase a vehicle. More

Each time I tried to call my sales rep, the finance lead, or the manager, phone calls were not returned, leading to an extra long wait time for the vehicle to be delivered (2 weeks) and not to the correct final destination. Overall a very disappointing experience. More
