I contacted Dave Smith's after a very unsatisfactory set of attempts to buy from a local dealer; I called on a Monday, received a response on Tuesday I contacted Dave Smith's after a very unsatisfactory set of attempts to buy from a local dealer; I called on a Monday, received a response on Tuesday (describing my very specific requirement in a Ram truck), agreed to the purchase with an offer on Wednesday, and picked up the truck--exactly as represented--on Friday. Their shuttle service was prompt, comfortable, and friendly, making the trip through Spokane airport seamless. Salesperson and manager were courteous and engaged...frankly, I don't know what more I could have asked for as a first-time customer. I'm sure I'll be back! More

I will make a long story short and just say this has been a frustrating struggle that we are still trying to get fixed. The purchasing of the truck was good but don't expect much after that. Good for the most part but plan on giving up a whole day! The purchase of the vehicle it self was easy and pleasant. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and did not have to negotiate at all. With that being said we don't understand why it took six hours to complete the purchase. It was after five hours of waiting we were shown a different part of the dealership that was more comfortable to sit in with refreshments. It would have been nice to know. I believe six hours to purchase a vehicle is excessive when I already knew what I wanted,pre-approved with good credit and no negotiation. We added customization to the vehicle so we did not take the vehicle home that day. We made an appointment to pick up the vehicle and still waited three hours to take possession. We had questions after the pickup of the vehicle and finance staff and accessory staff are VERY SLOW to respond. Two working days total to have a phone call returned. If I had to do it over again I would not have used this dealership to accessorize my Jeep. The steep we ordered was on a recall so we were offered the factory stereo with supposedly all the same options but no mention of the price difference. When we picked up the Jeep the steeeos were not comparable; the stereo we originally wanted had Bluetooth the factory one did not and would be an additional $550 and a day in the shop to have it installed. The custom front bumper did not come with a license plate holder so my brand new Jeep looks a little trashy with the front license plate in the front windshield. When I called the accessory department the person I was working with did not call me back for two days and was of no help what so ever. He said that there was no license plate frame for that bumper and "many people just put the plate in the front window." This is not accurate. I saw another Jeep with the same bumper with the license plate frame. Over all we are very disappointed with the accessory department! We would not recommend them what so ever! More
