Horrible service Our commercial truck was in the service department for one month! No one knew what the other person was doing. Horrible communications. We ended up picking up our truck without the problem fixed because no one seemed to be able to diagnose it. Cleaned EGR tube myself and some other filters and now truck is running just fine. Very disappointed in the knowledge of technicians and service advisors. I had to get angry to get anyone to do anything. Only positive is that we weren't charged for anything due to the inconvenience of everything involved. But we still lost income while this truck was sitting there for a month. Also, there is a part on back order with ETA of 8/13, which I had to follow up on. 8/13 has come and gone and no one has communicated anything to me. More
