I'm from out of state (Pa) and I shopped locally for the Enclave. I found all the local salespeople to be rude and very unprofessional. They didn't take the time to answer my questions. So, that's when I decided to shop outside of my area. I was dealing with a couple different dealerships. But without a doubt Dave Sinclair was the better of them. Jared (salesmen) was extremely helpful from the very start. Even answered my questions on his day off. He was very honest and detailed. When our deal was done, he still was available to me.
