Mike Banaskavich is a pleasure to work with. He is a low pressure, knowledgeable, and highly professional gentleman. He helped us select a vehicle in 2004, and we purposedly chose to seek him out again in pressure, knowledgeable, and highly professional gentleman. He does a very good job of explaining everything to us in a factual manner. I don't know how long Mike has worked at St.Louis Honda, but it is a testament to a good dealership that it has salesmen who remain at the dealership for a number of years. This was our first experience with John Cook, who completed the paperwork for us, but we found him to be a very knowledgeable and pleasant person, too, and easy to work with. In addition we have found that Honda vehicles are very well engineered and reliable. We have had excellent service from our 2004 CRV. Our son recently bought a used 1994 Accord that runs like a stripped horse. We expect our new Insight hybrid will be just as reliable. More

Since I had already done my homework I told him when I would be coming in to meet with him. He was a good listener and followed up with a phone call just prior to my planned visit. Once I arrived at the dealership, he was approachable and knowledgeable. Also, not too pushy. We came to an agreed price and then drove the car. This made for a pleasureable experience. We had a great buying experience with St. Louis Honda. I was given a great price via their internet department. They searched for the color and trim level I wanted. I looked all over St. Louis and within 4 states to find a 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L in the polished metal color. Dan and Randy were able to find and secure the van without me even coming into the dealership. Most business was conducted via phone or email. They were very responsive and friendly. They were able to match prices of any other dealer. They also put on mudguards and pin stripes for free. Randy went through the entire minivan showing us every little detail, and answered all our questions. I would recommend this dealer. More
