The service department is HORRIBLE! My car was dropped off there for a recall. My car was driven there with no issues except the recall. Horrible service, condescending men appear to lack respect for women. Highly do NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. They passed my truck for inspection when the service line for the windshield wipers wasn respect for women. Highly do NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. They passed my truck for inspection when the service line for the windshield wipers wasn't connected and didn't work. Took my truck to a different dealership where they found several under warranty issues that they were able to fix and yet this dealership passed off as ok. Also, the odor in my truck after picking it up was horrible. More
SUPER annoyed with this dealership! Bought a new vehicle on 2/19/2022. Has been in the shop since 03/03/2022! Service Department is one of the most unfriendly bunch of people I have ever met! All for a turn signal that went out 4 days after I purchased the vehicle! Wish there was a way to get out of this contract because I would in a heartbeat! Would NEVER recommend Dave Dennis! I had to do all of the calling just to get an update on a new light! Now have to deal with a so called Customer Care Case Manager that also never returns calls but can call on a Saturday and leave a voicemail stating that if I do not return her call by Tuesday 3/22/2022 she is closing the case! If she closed this case without resolving my issue she can keep the xxxx car! More
It was a stressful experience dealing with the service department, Jason, who check me in for my service. First of all, he is not a friendly person to deal with, no eye contact, no greeting, no smile. I a department, Jason, who check me in for my service. First of all, he is not a friendly person to deal with, no eye contact, no greeting, no smile. I already had a bad impression. Jason noted my issues with my truck and after signing the paperwork for the work to be authorized. I asked Jason for the contact number for the shuttle for a pick up. He wrote it on a sticky note. Nothing further said by Jason about, the truck could be in the shop for a few days. So, that implied the truck would be done before close of business. Late afternoon, on or around five I had called to find out what was the status on the truck. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes and I had finally got to speak with Jason. I had asked, “ what is the status of the truck?”. Jason said, “you have multiple issues, transmission is going to take two to three days to diagnose. I had said, “ I wish you had told me. Jason said, “ I had told you it was going to be a few days?” I told Jason, you didn’t mention anything about a few days. He insisted he did and “IT WAS ON ME!” I was very upset and disappointed! If he had told me how long the truck was going to be in the shop would of rescheduled my service. Jason did not provide me with any help, for example,Reschedule another day when I don’t need the truck for a few days or something to deescalate the situation and not say, ITS ON ME! Here is the bottom line of the complaint! Jason has failed to inform me as the customer that the truck would take two or three days. Jason is supposed to not create any additional stress or inconvenience for the customer. Jason told me that it is on me that I, the customer, WAS NOT TOLD it would be few days. NO TIMELINE OR ESTIMATE was ever mention prior or during signing the work authorization. Jason didn’t provide a hassle free experience. Once I was in the office he still kept saying “it’s on you”. I enjoyed using Dave Dennis service department for my truck. After my experience today with Jason, I’ll take my business somewhere else and I pass on the lousy service experience to my family and friends. “ Jason, service advisor, “”ITS ON YOU!!”. More

We dealt with Kyle on Thursday July 15th and it was a no hassle experience. Dave Dennis is one of best dealerships we have ever dealt with. Dave Dennis puts profits over customer safety. I had to file a complaint with both Chrysler and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
