$934.00 for nothing I took my car into Dave Dennis for an electrical problem. The blower and temp. control didn’t work and the radio went off and on. After a week and a h I took my car into Dave Dennis for an electrical problem. The blower and temp. control didn’t work and the radio went off and on. After a week and a half they put on two parts and service for $934 dollars. I picked it up and didn’t even get 2 miles down the road and the same thing happened. Icadlled then back and the service man Cepheus said that’s unfortunate. I took it back the next day. One week later they told me it would cost another 485.00. Italkked to the service manager and he said that’s wat it would cost take it or leave it. The part would be 225 and the labor 260 for an IPM which is the fuse holder. I picked up my car and bought the part for 75 at Dayton Xenia auto parts and put in on in seven minutes . When I fought it through visa they told complete lies and said they fixed and never heard from me. Stay away stay far away. Worst service dept. I’ve ever dealt with. Gary More

Well gues Just want to let everyone know, I bought a Jeep 2 years ago. I started having problems with it. I took it in and they said they fixed it. Well guess what I go to Leave for work and it won't start when it does I get jerked. I will not move, took it back to Dave Dennis and guess what It's going to take a week and a half just to get it looked at, then the time to fix it. I am very upset with this place. First of all I should not be having problems with a 2 year old car, second a week and a half to get it looked at? Really? They will not even give me a rental until they know what is wrong with it. SO GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!! More

Responsiveness is lacking, attempting to help the customer with problems was absent and customer service was poor. They raise their hands as if to say “can’t do anything about it”. This was a 5 Star rated dealership when Dave Dennis was operating. The place is bottom line driven only. I feel the difference. I purchased 2 cars in early 2000’s from Dave Dennis and now back for service on another car that is under warranty. They did all they could to not honor the warranty. Then called me a lier. They DO NOT stand by their product when it means it will cost them something. Terribly disappointed in the leadership and line staff. I plan to go out of my way to let people know to avoid Dave Dennis and save yourself a frustrating experience. More

They called me Monday evening and told my husband that it would cost us $5000 worth of work. She said that not only was something wrong with the exhaust manifold but the truck also had some leaks. We told her that could not be because we just bought the truck in June of this year. So we only agreed to have the exhaust manifold fixed. The next day we called Dave Dennis and Kerri said that everything came out to $1286. But the warranty company called and said that everything was covered under warranty. Come to find out Dave Dennis only asked the warranty company to pay $986 and wants us to pay the difference. Called Kerri today and she said the balance is because they used there own technicians and not one from the warranty company. She also said that we can not pick up our vehicle until the warranty company pays the bill. I will never go back to Dave Dennis they are nothing but ignorant people who like to take advantage of other people. All I know is they better not hold my truck from me. More

I dropped off my van to get an estimate on a couple of items and they charged me an obscene amount of money just to tell me I would need to pay them an even more obscene amount of money to get those things fixed. I will never use this dealership again and terribly regret going there in the first place. More
Horrible service This company is awful!. Treats people like children. Service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. A scheduled oil change with appointment t This company is awful!. Treats people like children. Service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. A scheduled oil change with appointment took 2 hours and they drained all my tires. Slammed my car into a parking block and for some reason leaves manual transmission cars in gear instead of neutral so your car leaps forward and dies when you start it up. I had 3 free rentals from them and they are refusing to allow me to use them. I would not recommend this company to anyone the rest of my life. In complete regret that I have done any business with them. Talk about buyers remorse.. More
Awful is the only word to explain this! It will not allow me to rate this business. If it would allow it I would rate this location one star. I will be reaching out to corporate to fill them It will not allow me to rate this business. If it would allow it I would rate this location one star. I will be reaching out to corporate to fill them in on my horrid experience with this location. From the very first second I contacted Dave Dennis in Beavercreek they only seemed to be concerned about making all of the money they could off of my situation. I contacted them on a Friday to discuss bringing my Jeep Patriot in for a recall and to have the transmission looked at. They told me I would need to pay for a rental if I needed one while my car was in the shop, but they weren't even going to be open and looking at my vehicle over the weekend... so what was the point in telling me to drop it off Friday and pay an additional two days on a rental from them? I decided to wait until Monday to take my vehicle in and pick up a rental. Throughout the entirety of the time that my Jeep was in the shop I attempted to ask pertinent questions to educate myself as well as I could on what was in fact going on with my vehicle. I felt as though Cephus, the man I was in contact with, was extremely short with me and not willing to help me understand what I clearly knew nothing about. After paying for three days of a rental car I was told I could come pick my Jeep up, but that they believed it needed new tires ($1200 worth of work). I did ask to speak with a manager (Walt I believe) and had them educate me on why they believed my tires to be the issue. Nothing else was looked into including the basic items that would be involved in a tune up. I had made them aware that no lights were on and no codes popped throughout the time I had been having issues with what I believed was my transmission. They said they tried to duplicate the problem (by driving 10 miles) and that they could not duplicate it. The problem was way more constant after I left Dave Dennis that day. I did go to get brand new tires somewhere less pricey and as I figured it DID NOT fix the issue. Come to find out I had one bad coil and needed new spark plugs which took all of 10 minutes for another mechanic to take apart and show/tell me. What did I pay a diagnostic fee for and multiple days of a rental if my car was hooked to a machine to read codes and my tires looked to need changing? How did that take that long to diagnose? Why did they not delve further into the issue knowing that I clearly said no codes had popped and no lights were on? After finding out what the true problem was and proceeding to have it taken care of I did contact Dave Dennis again only to be on the phone with Cephus who was once again short with me and the manager I appreciated was so very unkind he even hung up on me. They are money hungry which I know is most car dealerships and auto shops, but really.... from the very first second I contacted them it was all about what money they could get from me. I 100% feel like had I had my fiance or father with me these men would have not been so short with me and would have had a lot better customer service. All in all if you visit this location make sure to take a male with you that knows the basics of cars. My grandfather retired from Chrysler and is still working cleaning offices for them therefore they are always dealing with dealerships to get their cars or work done, but they in fact have never had an experience as awful as I have had at this specific location. Do NOT go here unless you have plenty of money to spare! More

A managing partner in one of the leading global accounting, tax and business advisory firms. My experience with this dealership and "Jacob" was by far the least professional buying experience of my life. I feel socially responsible for sharing this review and encouraging people to stay clear of this dealership, both personally and professionally. It started when I showed up with the vehicle waiting for me to test drive, only to find out we needed to head to the gas station. Why not do this ahead of when I arrive? This is small and I wouldn't mention it but then... The fee quote offered for a lease and option to purchase was an email of two sentences. Absent of critical details; poorly worded; showed no effort by salesperson and mathematically incorrect - purposely. When I asked for greater detail, I got nothing but an "all caps" response to my counter - not the questions I asked. A comedy of correspondence ensued. I currently have 9 separate vehicles serving different purposes from tractors, to auto's, recreational vehicles, etc. This prospective buying experience topped them all as my least favorite ever. They told me there is nothing they are willing to do and the sales manager told me to run to another company with open arms...so that's what i did and got approved and into a new truck..they should not have gotten rid of sales manager Billy he was the best thing about dave dennis he fought to get you into a truck and never turned away business....now Jeff wyler is the place to go, I own a company and all my future purchases and leases will be elsewhere More
