What an awesome experience! From the day we walked in, to closing the deal, and receiving the “full delivery experience”, the personnel at Dave Dennis Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram were helpful, accommodatin to closing the deal, and receiving the “full delivery experience”, the personnel at Dave Dennis Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram were helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and went above and beyond with purchasing a new vehicle...and this was our FIRST FCA product ever! We started the research. Jason Dennis said that RAM really did a good job in the redesign of the interior compared to others. Yep, they did a super job of making the interior like a luxury car and it rides so great! That fact extended our research and it meant that we had to learn about truck engine and powertrain terminology and understand what’s included in option packages. They were so helpful and no one was pushy! We learned a little about the teams at Dave Dennis that makes it really easy to get to them during YOUR hours of availability, like in between work and everything else going on in the world. James, our sales specialist, responded to calls, emails and texts that worked great – he sent us pics of running boards when we asked what the differences were and other features, as well! They had a nice variety of trucks in stock, and 2021s were arriving! The new car Sales Managers, Billy and Matt were also very supportive. Billy asked us questions to ensure we got all the RAM rebates we qualified for! Matt was also most helpful in describing certain details and getting to the right vehicle for us! They were very patient with us and helped us narrow the field, not like the places that leave you on your own! It feels like we knew many on staff by the time we left. Kyle, an admitted “truck guy” and a sales specialist watched us compare features between some competitive brands late one day. After checking out the differences, RAM won out, fair and square according to our judgment! We had a few things added, like running boards and spray-in bed liner. The Service orders were scheduled and the work was completed on time; the quality was perfect! We feel we are getting true value in what we purchased! The finance guy, Mike, was organized and we walked through every line in our deal; the paper signing part was easy. We are so excited about our 1/2 T RAM TRUCK!! Check them out – if you don’t see what you want at first when walking the lot, be sure to ask! You’ll be pleasantly surprised! We felt safe with COVID guidelines and never felt at risk. After it all, we showed up with donuts for them as a thank you! Love you all at Dave Dennis!! More
Shaun and the service team did an excellent job. He informed me that there was a computer upgrade for my Jeep, and they preformed that as well as the oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Over Charged for repairs, did not give clear information I bought my Van ONE MONTH AGO. The start/stop system warning light came on. I called, I was told he was unsure if the warranty covers whatever is wron I bought my Van ONE MONTH AGO. The start/stop system warning light came on. I called, I was told he was unsure if the warranty covers whatever is wrong with my vehicle. He said I would be charge $130 for diagnostics regardless of whether it was covered under my warranty or not and then additional fees depending on whatever they find. This place is sketchy to say the least. More
I dropped off my truck for service. When I got it back the cover to the passenger side window control was pulled back and tabs were broke. Before I moved the truck I showed them. They said they didn't do it and wouldn't even offer to fix it or cover parts. They said it was broke because my truck was old. I don't recommend them for service. More
