This purchase started after I submitted an inquiry regarding one of the cars they had listed online. I was promptly contacted back by a salesman named Daniel. We discussed that I live in North Alabama and would be driving over 2 hours to purchase the car, so I wanted to have everything agreed upon before making the trip. He included his Sales Manager in the conversation and we were able to agree upon a price. They immediately pulled the vehicle to hold it until I arrived knowing it would be late in the afternoon before I could make the trip. They did not require any deposit and fully understood that I would make the final decision on purchasing once I drove the car and did my inspection. Daniel had an emergency come up and notified that Richard would be assisting me when I arrived. Richard was also extremely professional and was able to answer the question specific to the car when I arrived. The car was exactly as described online without any surprises. I drove onto this dealership in June 2024 knowing we wouldn't be buying a car until Aug. The salesman,Feras Abdelhadi came to help my daughter and I. He allowed us to test drive several options. I explained to Feras to not call me till July that if he didn't respect me that I would not be returning. He completely listened and respected me. Today, after 7 hours of driving many options and negotiating. Again, he was so extremely patient, NOT PUSHY, we purchased a CRV through him. I had called over 50 dealerships from Texas to Florida looking for the best deal. He won my business not just with the best deal, but his amazing service.
