The Finance side felt "fast-talky," but if you pay attention and ask appropriate clarifying questions, it is fine. There were also a couple mistakes made on the finance end, but ultimately the rep worked to make it right. All of my past experience with the Service department has been great! They keep their word, are competitive with pricing, and stand behind their work. We typically deal with Lewis in Service, and he (and the other Service employees) has been great. More
