I purchased my 2016 GMC Canyon some ten years ago, The salesperson was as professional and honest as he could be. Over the course of the 8 years that followed was outstanding as well. The Service Dept. was top notch from the manager on down. Then a new manager came in, it all changed. The service advisors in my option are aloof and curt, as if that wasn’t bad enough. A service tech made a huge mistake, installed the engine oil the dealer ship used, NOT the oil I provided, REALLY ? No apology from the Service Advisor, no nothing. The tech claimed he did know what was in the box, so he didn’t use it !
I have owned several GMC vehicles purchased at Darrell WALTRIP andI always considered the service department of a dealership as the most important part of the decision in buying a new car. Ms Nault has always handled the servicing needs for the vehicles I have owned. Ms Nault is exceptional in her professionalism, dedication and knowledge of the servicing of the respective vehicle. Ms Nault is jewel at GMC service! Thank you, Ms Nault!
