Best Experience I was dreading buying a car but my experience with Darell Waltrip has forever changed my view. JD, Nico, and Eric were phenomenal from the start. I ne I was dreading buying a car but my experience with Darell Waltrip has forever changed my view. JD, Nico, and Eric were phenomenal from the start. I never felt pressured or rushed, they were even patient with my 4.5 year old son who I brought with me one day. JD and Nico even made my son feel special by making him feel like he had a say in picking our vehicle. When we got to the financing part, it was a breeze! The guys are so honest and transparent I never once had to question the money. They worked very hard to get the numbers to where I was comfortable to purchase. When all was said and done, they made sure I was comfortable with everything in the car, assisted me with getting OnStar set up, and even helped get my car seat out of my old car and into my new one. Overall, the experience redefined the car buying process and the customer service received with it. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere but here again. More
