I can honestly say that this was the best dealership experience I have ever incurred in the many years during which I have purchased over 35 vehicles at different dealers in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi and Virginia. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. My sales person Alexander Beason was great. He certainly met my expectations, answered my questions, and helped me understand the options and benefits of each. I have always been sort of a “motor head” and Alex is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the General Motors vehicles as well as other brand offerings. If you want someone who can provide you with the information you may require to make a purchase decision, no matter how technical, Alex is the person you need to engage.
