Terrible communication I was in the market for a 2015 GMC 2500 and had talked to the sales rep and taken a test drive. Once they saw I was not buying the very truck the had on the lot, they stopped communicating with me and would not return calls or emails. Very bizarre. I also called emailed the general manager but I received no response from him either. I then purchased the 65K truck from a dealer down the road who had no problems helping me buy a truck. More

Once the purchase was placed, numerous follow-up calls were made, keeping us in the loop during the entire build process. I have purchased several cars, but I have to say that this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I've had. The employees from Lawrence Martin the GM, to our salesman Nicolas Bauer became our friends as a result of the great treatment that my wife and I received.
