We had been getting our Yukon Denali serviced elsewhere and as soon as they opened, we came in for an oil change. What a major difference! We were extremely pleased. Not even knowing we would be looking for a new vehicle soon. After my 99' Tahoe finally gave up we decided to look for a new vehicle We really wanted to purchase from DW because of their service department, but had no experience with their sales staff. From the moment our salesman Nico asked if I was being taken care of, to me driving off the lot with our 2015 Acadia, we were completely comfortable and relaxed. Making a major purchase can be stressful and down right annoying, but Nico and the entire staff at DW-Buick/GMC made this purchase a breeze. These guys are great, and we are completely satisfied. Oh, and if you ever get a chance, you should peek in their service shop.... It might be the cleanest most organized shop I've ever seen. It was cleaner than a lot of people's kitchens! Seriously.. I did not feel stressed out while trying to make a decision on my Elantra that I purchased, which was a unique experience considering the other dealers I visited were convinced that if I didn't buy their car it would be a grave mistake and I would never have the chance to trade again. (That's how Reddell Honda of Murfreesboro made me feel. Whatever you do don't go there. I was very offended by their salesperson.) If you are thinking of visiting DW Buick GMC, you really should; they most certainly are worth the time and maybe they can get you in a reliable car at a payment you can afford that won't break the bank. More
