Expensive Dealer - Offended when I made an offer reluctantly after the sales person was persistent and pressured me into an offer. At the end of the day we were not able to come to a deal that worked for both. That was fine, it happens. For the dealer there will be other buyers and for me there are other vehicles and other dealers. But instead of finding a way to secure good will, at least for the sake of good PR or maybe even the possibility of a future interest on my part for a vehicle, the persons involved went off on me. Not much incentive to show back up, then again, maybe that is what they wanted. Bottom line, this dealership is expensive and they didn't handle the "no deal" result with much class. I wish they had handled it better, They have one of, if not the highest document fee in the State. I don't particularly enjoy writing a review like this. .Do your homework before you walk in the door, and if the manager or the salesperson go off on you, leave. I stayed way too long knowing we were too far apart but thinking they would want to insure there was good will walking out the door with or without the vehicle at least be professional about it. That was not what happened. The manager and salespersons were really courteous, friendly, and happy until you get into the deal, and when it did not go their way, they treat you like the enemy, not a customer who did not purchase on that day.
