Great overall experience. Nico Bauer is fantastic. I test drove several luxury SUVs in my search for a new one. GMC's Acadia Denali was comparable to them all. However, this dealership had something others were lacking - transparency in numbers. A lease payment is based on certain numbers and is not difficult to calculate, but my experience is not all dealerships (foreign or domestic) are willing to disclose all relevant information. DW team was happy to answer all my questions and provide all numbers so I could recalculate the lease payment on my own. Nico Bauer was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He was truly a pleasure to work with. He is not your typical car salesman. He was eager to help me get the car and deal I wanted without ever being pushy. All of the DW team I interacted with were very professional and courteous. DW will be our first stop next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More
