We have been looking at the new GM extended Suv's since their launch (suburban, Yukon xl, and escalade ext) for the last year. Hard to find a nice dealer with a nice facility, inventory and on site owner with a capable customer focused team. This is the place to get a deal done. Terrible communication I was in the market for a 2015 GMC 2500 and had talked to the sales rep and taken a test drive. I decided I was ready to buy and wanted them to get a specific color truck. Once they saw I was not buying the very truck the had on the lot, they stopped communicating with me and would not return calls or emails. Very bizarre. I also called emailed the general manager but I received no response from him either. I then purchased the 65K truck from a dealer down the road who had no problems helping me buy a truck. More

The negotiations were professional and always business-like. The beautiful new dealership added to the pleasant experience. Once the purchase was placed, numerous follow-up calls were made, keeping us in the loop during the entire build process. I have purchased several cars, but I have to say that this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I've had. The employees from Lawrence Martin the GM, to our salesman Nicolas Bauer became our friends as a result of the great treatment that my wife and I received. Oh yeah, our new 2015 GMC 2500HD Denali is pretty nice too! Great dealership, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great buying experience and quality transportation, to try these folks out. We found a Mazda CX-9 on their website and decided to set an appointment up with them for a test drive. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and shown the vehicle. Vehicle was exactly what we needed and wanted. Robert, our sales consultant, was very personable and attentive. If they could of sped the purchase up, it would have been a perfect experience. But overall, no complaints. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Expensive Dealer - Offended when I made an offer reluctantly after the sales person was persistent and pressured me into an offer. At the end of the day we were not able to come to I made an offer reluctantly after the sales person was persistent and pressured me into an offer. At the end of the day we were not able to come to a deal that worked for both. That was fine, it happens. For the dealer there will be other buyers and for me there are other vehicles and other dealers. But instead of finding a way to secure good will, at least for the sake of good PR or maybe even the possibility of a future interest on my part for a vehicle, the persons involved went off on me. Not much incentive to show back up, then again, maybe that is what they wanted. Bottom line, this dealership is expensive and they didn't handle the "no deal" result with much class. I wish they had handled it better, They have one of, if not the highest document fee in the State. I don't particularly enjoy writing a review like this. .Do your homework before you walk in the door, and if the manager or the salesperson go off on you, leave. I stayed way too long knowing we were too far apart but thinking they would want to insure there was good will walking out the door with or without the vehicle at least be professional about it. That was not what happened. The manager and salespersons were really courteous, friendly, and happy until you get into the deal, and when it did not go their way, they treat you like the enemy, not a customer who did not purchase on that day.
