AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE When I pulled into Darrell Waltrip, I was sick to my stomach because my car buying in the past (at other dealerships) has always been SO stressful. Darrell Waltrip has changed the way I think about car buying! Rez and Nico made the experience stress-FREE and fun. Everyone there (the receptionist, the sales team, the finance folks) greets you with a smile and positive attitude. They are happy to have you there and happy to work with you to get you in the car you want and out on the road! I felt likey they cared and really worked to get me a deal. My previous Buick's engine was shutting off at ransoms times, on the interstate, roadways, idle, it didn't matter. After visiting several mechanics we took it to the dealership who was also unable to pinpoint the problem. My safety was at stake and I believe Bryan Butler saw that and really worked to get me the best deal he could. BJ Dobbs was very friendly and easy to talk to. More

Very friendly, courteous environment. Very large inventory of vehicles. We test drove many models on Saturday with no pressure to buy. Jacob "Jake from state farm" lol, was very helpful, knowledgable, patient and friendly. We went home Saturday night to think about what we really wanted. We took up about 2.5 hrs of Jake's time. We made an appointment for 1:30 today and he was waiting on us again with no pressure to buy. We drove the Buick Lacrosse and Buick Regal to make sure wish one Linda really wanted. We ended up Buying the Regal right off the show room floor :) Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the receptionist, staff and management. Thanks a million. Lee and Linda Swegles. More

I had spent several months deciding on the type of vehicle and narrowed it down to one that was listed on the dealership website. Fortunately, the car sold before my test drive. Fortunately for us because my sales rep got me in a vehicle that fit me perfectly and saved us money.
