However, the level of service dropped significantly when dealing with other personnel in their dealership. Once deal was consummated I was sent to the finance department and they tried to high pressure us in purchasing additional services we did not want or need. The lady could not understand why we did not accept her advice. Next, I had a question regarding the payment and I called Mr. Stevens. He told this same lady to call me. She never did. Next, we tried to find out where our paperwork was for licensing the vehicle. We eventually received the registration with no letter of explanation. Just place in envelope. General Manager, who called me after several inquiries, said they apologized and would correct problem. I'm afraid he never followed up as evidenced with no one returning my calls. More
