Faulty inspection I bought a van from DW in Franklin, Tn with a service package and worthless warranty. I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection, no I bought a van from DW in Franklin, Tn with a service package and worthless warranty. I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection, no trouble prior to this.......the next afternoon my tire axle and a support steel uderneath is BROKEN. Per the inspection these parts were fine when i left but they insist that the inspection was good and this is normal wear and tear- if that was the case there should have been evidence of a problem during the inspection. They put my life in danger and now want over $700 to fix damage their inspection should have prevented. More

holy crap... uneducated reponse for wow I have a poor credit history and this dealership was willing to work with me and my family in any regards. Many options and they chose one that met o I have a poor credit history and this dealership was willing to work with me and my family in any regards. Many options and they chose one that met our needs and wants with out any hassle... put us in a full size SUV that made us not need to continue to shop. They new what we needed, wanted, and bam the wife was smiling! It was with in our budget and the time line from credit app, to finding a bank, to Jake with in sales was amazing, and paperwork signing was with in less than 2 hours. Short, sweet, and to the point. I spoke to Mr. Lorin and Mr. Lawrence about my experience and in hopes they continue this. The little things... a full tank of gas and full detail upon purchase made us feel special. We found a flaw in the vehicle after the purchase and the dealership owned all of it. They got the part ordered, into service with an appointment, and with no questions! The service department and purchase has a huge waiting area that is warm and friendly with complementary drinks and Starbucks coffee... oohh yah!!! Name brand dealership, name brand product, with what we brought to the table was minimal and no judgment!!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP... that's my uneducated Army based educational response. Thank You so much! More

Excellent Service I had the best experience at this dealership. When we first got there I was upset about having to purchase another vehicle due to circumstances beyond I had the best experience at this dealership. He quickly calmed my nerves and made me feel so much better. Josh made me, my husband and our daughter feel so welcomed. We did not feel intimated or pressured into buying a car. Easiest First Car Purchase Being a first time buyer, I was pretty nervous to make such a big purchase. I felt taken care of and like the Darrell Waltrip guys worked really hard Being a first time buyer, I was pretty nervous to make such a big purchase. I didn"t feel forced into anything I didn"t want. Having a four month old baby is great but can be messy, Car Care is worth every penny and everyone should protect their investment by getting it!
