I'm a believer When they say, "Bankruptcy? No problem!", believe it! I was discouraged about my bankruptcy & being unable to finance a car, but Jakes put me at ease. When they say, "Bankruptcy? He worked hard to get me into a reliable car with affordable monthly payments. He made sure that I understood all of the terms of the lease and that I understood my future options as well. I never felt pressured into buying something that didnt meet my expectations/need. They are very kind and courteous throughout the entire process..I had some very clear needs that I was looking for in a new/used car and they did everything possible to get me what I needed and what I wanted. The whole buying experience was terrific. I was referred here from a friend and I would definaltly refer my friends to Darryl Waltrip!! Thanks again for another superb buying experience!!! The saleman that we dealt with this time was Jacob Stovie. He was honest, trustworthy and very helpful right from the beginning. He worked with us to make sure we got what we were looking for. I feel he went above and beyond to make this experience a pleasurable one. I told him what I was looking for and he did the rest!!! Best salemen I have dealt with in a long time. He will definatly be my "go to guy" when it comes to my vehicle. I'll recommend him to all my friends and family if/when they are in need of purchasing a vehicle.... GREAT JOB JAKE!!!!!!!! Outstanding, Professional, Pleasant, Relaxed My wife and I decided to trade in a vehicle and by a used full sized truck. It was spur of the moment, and she found one on line. We are so glad that we did. Billy was our salesman. He was probably more of a consultant for us. There was no pressure to "upgrade" us to something we didn't want or need. He knew his inventory great and knew just what vehicle we were looking for. After bringing the vehicle to us…Note we looked at other dealerships first and they had us walking all over the lots trying to find the truck to know avail and we were worn out when we quit looking…it was a pleasure to just walk out and have it waiting for us. He expained the features and all the extra…we bought a Denali which has so many features that my wife and I probably won't full understad for a while…we went on a test drive. He didn't try to say dont go on the highway or don't go there. He gave us a great drive, and the whole while there was no obnoxious pressure on his part. When we got back to the dealership we knew we found the truck we wanted and a salesman we will go to when we are ready for another vehicle. The dealership was more than fair with our trade in. We didnt feel cheated at all. Honestly I think if there would have been a problem than Billy would have helped us until we felt it was fair. We have had the truck for about 2 weeks now and it was everything promised and hoped for. No question about where to by and who to ask for a salesman. More
