This was a great team of people. No fear in purchase Frist, I would like to thank the entire Darrell Waltrip team. I was excited, but each time I went into the dealership the entire team made me feel lik Frist, I would like to thank the entire Darrell Waltrip team. I was excited, but each time I went into the dealership the entire team made me feel like I was the only customer in the place. From the front desk and each and every person on the staff. I really felt so comfortable with each of them. My journey to get my Envision was my wait for a Buick that was smaller than the Enclave, but larger than the Encore. I loved that Encore, I needed a little more room. I drove it while waiting for the Envision, I loved it! My salesman, Randy was so personal and professional at the same time. He was great; I believe I called and text his cell phone number, so much he knew my number by heart. I would text him, “Is my car there, yet”? He was text something back each time. Randy, would great me with a wonderful smile each time. I know after a while I was a little bothersome he never let on. He and I was so excited I believe the entire dealership was excited, just for me. He programmed my radio, and connected my cell phone to the car, before I left the dealership. He said that I could call him after the sale; I feel comfortable enough to do just that. Lawrence, the Manager; would come out and greet me as well. This was the best experience with a car dealership. The greeters I call them at the front of the dealership were so personable as well. They all talked to me about the car and just talked. Now, I was waiting for the Envision to get to Darrell Waltrip dealership which seemed a really longtime which it was only 3 weeks. I drove by the dealership every day. Natalie, the finance person was easy; we discussed everything, but she continued to do her job in spite of her and my excitement. The ride of my new Envision is great! More

All employees were real authentic people that genuinely helped us rather than try to sell to us. Genee was a delight to work with, straightforward, friendly and to the point. Nico Bauer was just as helpful and genuine. To top off the whole experience we had come in late in the day on Memorial day, by the time we had finalized our paperwork the detail team had gone home. Nico (the general manager) took it upon himself to spiff up the car for us. Total service. The best word I can use to sum up the team at darrell waltrip GMC is AUTHENTIC. Great experience! More

Words can't describe how big of a blessing the General manager Loren, Brett, Calvin have been on my purchase of sale! I would most definitely recommend your dealership to people city wide! Brett was definitely professional while conducting business and made sure no matter what kind of circumstance a customer had he was able to make things happen. He was very genuine and patient. Easy buying experience for a 1st time buyer I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I had done most of my research online so I made an appointment and when I got there Brett met me I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I had done most of my research online so I made an appointment and when I got there Brett met me at the front and had the Encore waiting for me to test drive. He offered to let me keep it over night , asked if he could call me the next day to go over any additional questions I had, and was always very conscientious of my time. He wasn't pushy or shady. I worked specifically with Brett in sales and Calvin in finance- both were very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with my car and my experience at DW Buick GMC. More
Careless maintenance technicians, rude management. I purchased my new GMC truck here in March of 2016. The initial sale process went smoothly, and the Billy, my salesperson, could not have been nicer d I purchased my new GMC truck here in March of 2016. The initial sale process went smoothly, and the Billy, my salesperson, could not have been nicer during the process. When I brought my truck in for its first oil change in May, I got it back from the shop with oil stains on the headliner. According to the shop manager, the technician that changed my oil was wearing an oily/dirty ball cap that made contact with my headliner in several places. Jocelyn, a maintenance coordinator, had the detailing department clean up my headliner. Most of the grease spots were removed, but there were still spots left on my headliner. I brought the truck back in today to have the spots worked on again, particularly one bad spot of discoloration, directly over the driver's seat. This is where the technicians ball cap made the most contact with the headliner. After attempting to clean the spot a second time, the grease had been completely worked in to the headliner. When I pointed this out to the maintenance team, they conveniently "couldn't see" the spot. My salesperson, Billy, agreed that he could see the grease spot until the dealership manager, Lawrence, came to take a look himself. At that point, Billy changed his mind and decided that he could no longer see the grease spot. They essentially told me that they would do nothing more about the problem that they caused. Throughout the process, I was laughed at, yelled at, and made to feel as though my complaint was ridiculous. I would not recommend purchasing or maintaining your vehicle at this dealership. Not only are their technicians careless with their filthy hands and clothing, their management and service advisors are entirely rude, and shady in their dealings. My entire experience with this dealer was a scam - buyer beware. More

Both Tuan and Brett went out of their way to continuously work with our budgets and customer needs. The entire staff, General Manager ( and Financial Manager Calvin Frey) treated us like family. A special thanks to Brett for checking on us throughout the purchase experience to make sure we were comfortable, and or if we had any questions concerning the vehicle or service warranties. Outstanding Customer Service Over the past few years, I have experienced some major financial hardships that has caused me many financial setbacks. After converting to a Chapter 7, I received a letter from Darrell Waltrip's car dealership offering me a chance to purchase a vehicle, in order to reestablish my credit. My cousin referred me to Benjamin Dobbs III (car salesman) and he provided outstanding customer service. He was not pushy or overbearing, but was very encouraging and helpful in helping me find and purchase a vehicle. He was extremely friendly and his genuine attitude shined through brightly. I would highly recommend anyone to Darrell Waltrip's dealership and to Mr. Benjamin Dobbs III. More
