They need to work on HONESTY As a whole, I will never recommend this dealership because of issues I'm having with the sales department. On the other hand, the service department h As a whole, I will never recommend this dealership because of issues I'm having with the sales department. On the other hand, the service department has done one repair to my Lacrosse and that seems to be fine. The service department associates were kind and got my car through the repair quickly. As mentioned before, the dealership has some issues that must be worked out in order to be successful. HONESTY is a great place to start. I hate to give the service center only one star, but it only take one person to ruin it for everyone. I'm hoping they fix the issue and correct their mistakes so that I can finally be at piece with my purchase and maybe give a better review in the future More
Service Dept hit a home run Took my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder in for an oil change. All the guys that I came in contact with were accomodating and helpful. Unfortunately, I notice Took my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder in for an oil change. All the guys that I came in contact with were accomodating and helpful. Unfortunately, I noticed 2 days later that there was a dink on the hood, where the hood stand holds it up. Upon later inspection, there were more cosmetic problems. Immediately took the car back to the service center and they set up an appointment for the next day for their dent guy to come in and take a look. Left my car, took a loaner car, and arrived back 5 hours later to a car that was not only fixed, but had been completely detailed inside and out. My advisor, Brandon was amazing. He was calm and confident in his staff. Definitely will take my car back again. More
