First New Vehicle Purchase When it was time to finance my purchase I felt very pushed to opt in for added coverages that I did not want. After saying no and no over and over again it was time to sign. I noticed the 'financed' amount was $1600 more than what I was financing. I pointed that out before signing and they corrected it. Once corrected my payment went down by $25. When I asked why my payment was lowered I was told my interest rate was lowered. That was a lie because my rate was exactly the same. I feel they added coverage that I repeadlty stated I did not want. Read over everything before you sign. You don't want to pay for something that you didn't even know you had after declining to opt in. I know this isn't the only dealership like this. You just have to read the fine print. I was not comfortable with 2 employees in the office for financing. Again, I felt very pressured and a remark was made about if I scratch the wheels it would not be covered. I didn't care for that too much but again I know that is there tactic. More

A Very Positive Experience at Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC I was at the dealership the last couple days of the month and they were very busy but everyone was great and treated me with courtesy and patience. My wife and I were very pleased with the excellent deal we received on the new Buick Lacrosse and she really likes the car a lot. Our sales representative Colton Ponder indicated he was fairly new to Darrell Waltrip but he was very knowledgable, courteous, and answered all the questions we had. Overall Good Experience. Had a quote on a closeout 2016 Buick at another dealer with all the numbers I wanted on the deal, and just happened to see the same Buick at Darrell W Had a quote on a closeout 2016 Buick at another dealer with all the numbers I wanted on the deal, and just happened to see the same Buick at Darrell Waltrip but in another color. Asked them if they'd match the price, and they did. I had a complicated deal which involved a lease turn-in/trade-in and they worked with me on that as well. Overall, was very happy with the "deal" that I got. Other thoughts... (1) Dealer has a $698 doc fee, so be prepared for this to be be added to your best deal. (2) Dealer does have add-ons to every new vehicle I seen, Nitrogen filled tires, window tint, door protections, all weather mats, etc, which can significantly add to your bottom line deal. Overall happy with the vehicle and the price I walked in wanting. Tuan, Ronnie, Candace, and Lawrence (GM) all helped me. (spelling of names?) More
