Lemon of a new 2017 Buick.. No empathy Buyer beware and read this before you purchase there: I purchased a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium: Day 1: Bring home that night (4 mile ride) and ther Buyer beware and read this before you purchase there: I purchased a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium: Day 1: Bring home that night (4 mile ride) and there is a scratch in the door. On the ride home the tires are thumping also. I have to bring to the shop because they have to paint the door. Mind you this is a BRAND NEW Car. Also, they state to me you have flat spots in your tires and after 1,000 miles you won't feel them any more.. ReallY? 2. I come home and then my family notices that the molding is not right and I take it to them.. They said we have to order all new side molding and reinstall.. (This is just a week after the car was purchased). 3. The car has terrible noise in the roof and can't hear music or people when driving. Brought in and they needed to tighten something in the roof. (Once again all within the first few weeks). 4. About 6 weeks in and at around 1200 miles the TRANSMISSION WENT on the car. Yes brand new car I am talking about here. They had to replace the WHOLE transmission. Needless to say I wanted to get the car replaced. The management team at Darrell Waltrip states "We are the dealer and don't make the cars" We fixed what was wrong and we can't do nothing if Buick doesn't want to help us" I believe this is a COP out and using this to wipe their hands clean. So the General Manager states to me.. IF we have ANY I mean ANYmore problems I will take it up with Buick Myself and get it addressed... Well I am going in this week for the third service issue since that statement.. To add insult to injury, I went around and looked what I could get for trade in or straight out purchase for the car.. Darrell Waltrip the car dealership I am having issues with in good conscience was giving me 2-3K less than dealers I was visiting. What does that tell you about how they want to take care of their customers?? They know of the issues, they promise to fight for you and they don't.. Then they low ball you on the trade in or buy back.. Can't take a loss or do the right thing. Nope.. They need to make sure its all about them and how it benefits their bottom line first. Instead of just taking care of a lemon of a car and a dissatisfied customer.. Stay Away!!! More
