My service rep was extremely friendly and funny, and she reviewed everything clearly and competently, came up with options and conducted a helpful and extremely kind, human discussion. Questions were answered quickly and in a friendly way (no question too dumb!) Waiting area was clean, comfortable, practical and convenient. Service was fast. It felt like it must feel like to be a member of a club. Everyone was so pleasant! More

Mechanical problem I have brought my SUV to be worked for the same problem 3-4 times now for the same problem. You drive in in the rain or a wet road, the next day the e I have brought my SUV to be worked for the same problem 3-4 times now for the same problem. You drive in in the rain or a wet road, the next day the engine light blinks and you try to drive it it chugging cannot go over 40 mph. On a diagnostic machine it says ignition system or misfiring. Now I understand with these computers on your cars now days. You would think the mechanic would rule out the the natural firing system first like coils or spark plugs. Anything that may get affected when gets moisture. More

Working with Van Syckle in Bangor was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. They were honest, prompt, friendly and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. I live in Augusta and they delivered the Kia Sorento to my front door. Josh showed me how to use every feature on the car before leaving.
