I was frustrated by the lack of communication and updates about my vehicle. Despite them telling me I’d receive a call or text about my car being done the only communication I received was about my breaks be about my vehicle. Despite them telling me I’d receive a call or text about my car being done the only communication I received was about my breaks being finished up(which I didn’t assume my car was done this point because there was other maintenance being done) followed up by a text two hours later saying that they didn’t want me to miss my window to pick up the vehicle they didn’t tell me was ready. Darlings Kia is very professional and has been very helpful. They have a wonderful Mechanic who works on my Kia Soul. This is my second Kia car. I had a black Forte sedan first.
