Great experience in the service department in April 2013. Fast and friendly service on a difficult to maintain Honda Civic Hybrid. Battery went dead. Called Darling service and spoke with a very friendly lady who told they were booked until the next week. BUT, upon checking with the service people, if I could bring it in by 11:00 AM ( a very friendly lady who told they were booked until the next week. BUT, upon checking with the service people, if I could bring it in by 11:00 AM ( I live 50+ miles away) and leave it, they would work it into their schedule by 4:00 PM. Did that, was called at 2:00 saying battery was found to be bad and was replaced under warranty, no charge to me - and I could pick it up anytime. Response: great. Service: great. More
I have been a customer of Darling's Volvo for ten years now, and a Volvo owner for more than forty. Finding Darling's was a really great surprise, in that my service experiences have all been positive and enjoyable. We can all quibble about price, but in the end, a reasonable price is never in dispute when the end result is trouble free driving. Our friendly Volvo service manager, Don, has found a way to make me be completely at ease in all service matters. Straight answers to difficult questions are the order of the day. I always feel I've gotten my money's worth at Darling's. As far as sales is concerned, my bottom line has always been in line with the best available elsewhere. All in, Darlings does a really good and complete job at a fair price, and always, always on time. More

I thought it would be good for me to share my satisfaction with Darling's Honda's customer service. I have been there a number of times over the past almost two years. Some of these visits have b satisfaction with Darling's Honda's customer service. I have been there a number of times over the past almost two years. Some of these visits have been for regular and routine maintenance. It has always been a good experience. Folks are friendly and very clear in their explanations of what they need to do. They are also patient to listen to my comments and questions. They have nice facilities when I choose to wait for my work to be completed. One one occasion, I had a recurring problem with my electronic dash display which was replaced with no fuss and no charge as I was still under warranty. Overall, I have had very good times in any of my interactions with Darling's. More

The service department is excellent - friendly people, excellent mechanics, always prompt and courteous. There has never been a question about what was or wasn't done for my car - and I especially appreciate the checklist presented to me at the end of each service call. Scott Larrabee is an excellent sales representative for Darlings. He knows the cars - he knows options - he knows how to deal with people. Scott treats me with respect - unfortunately that's rather unusual treatment for a single woman in the car-purchasing market. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the workings of my new car and the workings of the whole purchase process. He periodically "checks in" with me to answer any questions and offer further services. Dave Noto, who was the salesman with my 1st Honda and the finance person on my 2nd, is equally outstanding. He walked me through the purchase process, explained everything thoroughly and went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met and questions answered. I've purchased a number of cars in my lifetime (I'm 50+ years old) - and I can honestly say that I've never felt so positive or secure about buying a car until I went to Darlings. I recommend Mr. Larrabee & Mr. Noto to family & friends - and I will be returning to them when the time comes to trade in. In the meantime - you'll find me returning to Darlings Service Dept anytime required. More
This was my third purchase/lease in the past three and a half years from this dealership. Over several emails and at least three visits, I received what I consider a great offer on a lease of a new Nissan F half years from this dealership. Over several emails and at least three visits, I received what I consider a great offer on a lease of a new Nissan Frontier. Yes - it is possible to get a good deal for the purchaser and the dealership - never forget that you are dealing with a business and they need to make money also - but I do consider I got the best deal possible during this transaction - surpassing what most websites had advised after much research over several weeks. Kudos to both Dave and Steve and the rest of the sales and service staff at this dealership. Larry Adams More
