This was my second time visiting Darling's for a vehicle purchase - it was a wonderful experience. The sales team, Bryan in particular, was so helpful and engaged. What I anticipated to be a stressful experience turned out to be as enjoyable as buying a car could be. I was shopping for quotes online and worked with Joel Nye. He was very responsive and friendly, and the information he provided was extremely clear and easy to understand. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from him as my local dealer was close enough on price to get the business, but it was a very tough decision. If I lived slightly closer to Bangor I would not hesitate to work with Darling's and Joel in the future. More

We have had all of them serviced at Darlings and have found the service to be so exceptional that when it came to buying a second vehicle, we decided on a Honda as we know we could DEPEND on the Darlings Service Department. Our service person, Steve York, has been fantastic. What more could we say. This is THE place for us. More
Service at Darling's is ALWAYS top notch, and this was no exception. Even though this was just a routine servicing (36,000 mile), they asked if there were any other issues, and investigated a door lo was no exception. They also noticed something we missed, that our inspection sticker had lapsed, performed the inspection as a part of the visit, and issued a new sticker, no charge. The loaner they gave us for the day was another Volvo (and we came pretty close to buying it; 'twas a sweet ride), and they performed the servicing in the time they said it would (earlier, actually). We have been Darling's customers since 2006, and we plan to keep going there as long as we are in the area. My wife and I never hesitate to recommend them to our friends and coworkers who may be looking for a new car. In short, they rock. Hard. With both hands. More
Don has always gone out of his way to be friendly and helpful. I feel he is honest and upfront with me when dealing with issues my vehicle has had throughout the years. I stopped by with the 19 minute proposal letter and never expected to end up with a new CRV. The deal was too good to pass up as was Honda's .9% financing. I wanted a specific color and within days not only expected to end up with a new CRV. The deal was too good to pass up as was Honda's .9% financing. My recent service experience was exceptional! I have not seen a dealer for service in 5 years primarily due to Darling's being 50 miles away and in my opinion geography unfit. I had several items that only seen a dealer for service in 5 years primarily due to Darling's being 50 miles away and in my opinion geography unfit. I had several items that only Honda could fix. There were no surprises and constant communication. Due to this experience I plan to make the effort to go to Darlings for more standard maintenance and the piece of mind that my vehicle is being properly taken care of. More
