Takes a long time to find quality salesmanship I decided for the first time in my life to go through a real dealership to get a vehicle, and have searched five dealerships in the past 2 weeks w I decided for the first time in my life to go through a real dealership to get a vehicle, and have searched five dealerships in the past 2 weeks with bad experiences. I even went to Darlings in Bangor on Friday but could not settle on a deal for a 2011 Pilot after what I considered unreasonable offers for a trade in. I met Jim Sheridan today. I am a 32 year old veteran who has been all over the country and world and can say with confidence that he is quantifiably the most professional salesman I have dealt with. I did not get a ridiculous offer for my trade in, and we negotiated like men should; without playing stump the chump. Even AFTER the sale was complete, he noticed the headlight had fogged, and put in an order to fix to for no charge. The rest of the staff was very helpful also. Frankly, I don't know what Jim's story is but the man is obviously set a part from your competitors. If my family or friends need a vehicle I will tell them not to bother themselves with the swindlers at other dealerships and go to Jim Sheridan by appointment at Augusta Darlings. I would honestly pay more money to deal with him again instead of all the crooks out their. If he can read this, thanks, you made my month. More

Tim was professional and courteous to our needs. We were in an out of there in approximately 3 hours from start to finish, which is way faster than others around. Then when I returned vehicle for Paint / Fabric Protection the Service Dept. took my vehicle right in without an appointment. We are very happy with our experience here at Darling's, and will continue to come back and refer friends too. Great Job Team!!! More

Jim made choosing the Genesis my clear best choice. He knew safety was a top concern for us, so he pulled together the detailed test results for the Genesis that helped me persuade my spouse to consider a Hyundai. Finance specialist Steve was also helpful. And when I returned today to swap dealer plates for temporary plates, lance went the extra mile by helping me install my EZpass. Jim set a high standard for service and the others in the team lived up to that standard.
