Customer service is spot on, as everybody was super helpful in accommodating me getting inside and outside of the building. My situation is unique, as I use a wheelchair. I was not charged for the service, which proves your crew is focused on the repair and not trying to make money from the customer. My only criticism is the check engine light is still on, as that was not resolved. This will be a problem if there is another issue that comes up and I will not see what it is, seeing the light is always on. More

Displeased with service due to car not starting at pickup. Key tag had “will need a boost” written on it. I would have happily had battery or alternator repaired there had I known the vehicle was facing this difficulty-this was not the reason for the service appointment so I felt the technicians weren’t concerned about the customer picking up a vehicle in good repair. I drove the car home and it then would not start. It is very frustrating to have to make yet another appointment, arrange for rides, and so forth, when this could have been addressed previously. I called service department upon returning home, clerk said an email would be sent, and it is now 6 days later and I have had zero follow up. More
