A friend suggested I contact Paul Watson at Darling's because she had a good experience working with him to purchase her vehicle. Paul was very helpful without being pushy or aggressive. I took my van in for its annual inspection and found it needed a considerable amount of work done. Devon (from the service department) did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done. He was helpful and friendly - willing and capable of answering the questions I had. He is the reason I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Darling's. Oh, did I mention that Paul Watson was there when I took my van in? Paul and I struck up a friendly conversation about my love of Dodge Caravans. He told me the Caravans were being discontinued and replaced by the Chrysler Pacifica. He showed me one they had on the lot. I was impressed by his knowledge of the Pacifica's features and the similarities it had to the caravan as well as many new/improved features. My husband and I drove the Pacifica and a late model Caravan. Paul was easy to work with once again. My new Pacifica is parked in my driveway! Thank you, Paul and Steve for the smooth transaction.
