Excellent service, patience and respect from all staff-plus Darling's has a great reputation in the Augusta area. Now I understand why. Paul Watson, my salesperson, showed me the new model Elantra and his enthusiasm for the new features was almost contagious. In the end I decided I could not afford new car payments (although Paul did everything he possibly could to get the price down to something I could handle.) Instead he found me another make which I had expressed interest in, and although it was at another Darling dealership north of here, he had it transported immediately so that I could test drive it. I of course loved it, and the finance manager Steve once again whittled down the financing to the best deal possible. Paul had the patience to answer all my questions patiently and respectfully until I felt comfortable with my selection. When I drove off I felt comfortable with the dealership (not a common experience for me!), and I was happy with my new car. All staff at Darling's showed me the same courtesy, respect, patience, and they LISTENED to me. How much I appreciated that! Now I will be the one saying "I love Darling's." Best Customer Service Ever!! My daughter showed me the sale that Darlings was having with the Hyndai Elanta online and emaile dit to me.. I called and talked with Dana Perkins..He My daughter showed me the sale that Darlings was having with the Hyndai Elanta online and emaile dit to me.. I called and talked with Dana Perkins..He said i got a deal for you. and started telling me about the Hyandi's and letting me know there is only one day left to the sale. I told him I would need a ride as my vehicle is in the shop.. I will have to get my daughter and son -in law bring me after work ... I asked how late they were opened and he said as long as it takes.. That made me feel really comfortable and not stressed with time.. So we got to Darlings at 6:45 and I had my new vehicle and on the road by a bit after 10:)0.. He was great!! He aploogisze many times as there was a family ahead of us. He took us out and went over the entire car with us... Waiting was not a problem. We had coffee and snacks.. That kept us going.. AND to top off the deal we got a gift cert for 50 pounds of Lobster.. HOW nice is that.. I see a party in our future:):) I certainly will be going back and purchasing my next vehicle with Darlings and will ask for DANA.. A fabulous salesman!!!
