I called the service dept and spoke to Mr. Kennard, who asked me to bring the vehicle in to the dealership service area. When I offered to make an appointment, he suggested that he look at it to see if it was a quick fix. Within minutes, he assisted me in finding the instructions and showed me how to do it myself. I am somewhat "technically challenged", so I really appreciated his taking the time to help me. I also would like to note that service to other customers was not adversely affected. My experience with your sales, finance, and service staff has been excellent. More

Our salesman Adam Orser was very polite and professional but what really made this experience stellar was the follow thru and service after the papers were signed and we were on our way. Most dealerships that we have purchased vehicles thru in the past delivered great service while we were looking to buy however after the deal was signed that great service ended. All of the Darling's staff that I met during the sales process were professional and friendly, and I was definitely impressed with the dealership overall!
