I brought my 2008 Ford F-250 into Danvers Ford for a free maintenance check.Mike called me back and told me my drivers side ball joints were worn and I brought my 2008 Ford F-250 into Danvers Ford for a free maintenance check.Mike called me back and told me my drivers side ball joints were worn and he had an estimate written up . He was very nice and very professional.I received a checklist that showed brake wear etc.that was helpful.I talked to Scott also.He is always very nice and professional as well . More

Worst Service Department. Poor customer service Our company van goes in for service and the issue is never fixed. When returned for the same repair over and over again they seem to find other issues Our company van goes in for service and the issue is never fixed. When returned for the same repair over and over again they seem to find other issues. I believe they are created by their crappy techs. They promise a date it will be ready but it never is.... They always have an excuse as other problems arrive. When you try to call the service no one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. The sad part is the Service manager is one of the owners and he doesn't care. Very poor customer service and we have been a long time customer.. That is now in the past as we will no longer be using Danvers Ford anymore. We will now start to go to KELLY FORD In Beverly. More
