Dana Ford Lincoln was extremely professional and extremely courteous. The service and attention to detail was above and beyond what I expected. For a large dealership, I still felt individual personal attention, which becomes extremely difficult when you have such a large business. The salesman, although only 20 years old was extremely knowledgeable and explain explaining all of the vehicle options. The finance manager was extremely professional and well prepared in delivering a financial documents on the day of delivery. I have been buying and leasing new vehicles for 30 years of my adult life. It is the salesman and the finance manager that made this experience, seamless and enjoyable. Even though I still think I could’ve haggled a bit more and got the monthly price down even further HaHaHa I was happy with the treatment and decided to lease a vehicle anyway Please extend my sincere, thanks to everyone involved with the sale of this vehicle.
