We are sorry for this unfortunate act of timing. We are a high volume dealership and cars do get sold very quickly. Although you did call the day before, without a deposit we would not have been able to hold the car until your arrival. We have 15 sales people and apparently while you were on your way the car of interest was sold by someone. This unfortunately can and does happen sometimes. We have about 200 used cars at this location and are usually able to recommend an alternative vehicle. Regarding your comment on our pricing; we value price all our used vehicles, and provide a complimentary Lifetime Warranty on select vehicles at no extra charge. When developing our prices we consider, cost to refurbish, and then the market value leveraging multiple Internet sources including market conditions. Again, we are sorry the vehicle you were interested in was sold prior to your arrival. Thanks for your comments.

However, we should point out that it is not our policy to mislead customers as to the condition of any of our vehicles. In fact, as soon as we learned of your issue, we bought the vehicle back from you (after 3 months) at the original selling price. Then we deeply discounted another vehicle for you and worked with the bank to secure financing on that vehicle.
