I'm so glad Shelley and Sal suggested the 2013 Crosstrek. On the first test drive I knew I had to have it. I had some financial concerns but Shelley and Nick helped make leasing one easy and affordable for me! They continue to help with any questions I have and made me feel completely comfortable asking them about anything. I've had the Crosstrek for a few months now and I absolutely love it! More
I initially brought my car to Dan Perkins because they are close to where I work. From the first visit (in June of 2012 I think) they have been so friendly and helpful when I bring my car in. Gina has helped me 2 of the three times that I was there and she is so friendly and takes the time to explain things to me. My last visit was on February 1, for routine service. I brought the car in about 730am and was going to wait for it to be completed. As promised, the car was done within the hour. When I went to get into the car, I noticed there was grease on the drivers seat. I brought this to Gina's attention and she immediately called a service tech to come take care of the problem. That was all I was expecting, however, the manager authorized Gina to give me a coupon for a free bumper to bumper detail. I was beyond impressed and surprised. The service is absolutely amazing, and the waiting room is very comfortable. They even have coffee and I think that morning there were bagels. As long as I am a Subaru driver and working nearby I look forward to bringing my car to the team and Dan Perkins in Milford. More
I just bought my second Subaru Outback and really have no critcisms of this dealer. I am familiar with Dan Perkins, as I have been having my old Subaru serviced there for at least 6 years. Employees are al critcisms of this dealer. I am familiar with Dan Perkins, as I have been having my old Subaru serviced there for at least 6 years. Employees are always attentive and pleasant and I have never been pressured to have any work done on my car. I have also noticed that both the service department and the sales department employees have a low turnover rate, which means that they are happily employed and dedicated. Prices are somewhat higher than the local service stations, but Dan Perkins regularly offers coupons and special pricing. I have never had to bring my car back after service, because something wasn't fixed properly, so I have developed a trust in Dan Perkins that is worth the few more dollars charged. My experiences have all been positive, and I would recommend Dan Perkins Subaru for both service and purchasing a new car. More

We looked up the dealership on-line for used cars for my wife and daughter. They had a selection of cars at the prices we were looking for. On arrival we were greeted by our salesmen Mike Gallio. We told hi wife and daughter. They had a selection of cars at the prices we were looking for. On arrival we were greeted by our salesmen Mike Gallio. We told him that we were looking for 2 used cars and the price range we could afford. We were trading in our 2 cars. MIke showed us the vechicles that they had on the 2 lots and we test drove quite a few of them. Mike never was pushy or tried showing us more expensive cars. Mike was busy with us that day and he was a pleasure the whole time. He new the cars and helped us make the deal on 2 cars that my daughter and wife are excited about owning. Mike went out of his way on many levels that I have never had a salesmen do for us before. Mike was able to get us KBB for our trades and the dealership was very fair on their prices. We have bought many cars before and this experience with Mike was how a salesmen should treat you. My kids are both driving now and I will be going back to Mike when they are looking to buy a car in the future. If your in the market for a new or used car go see a great salesmen Mike Gallio and enjoy the car buying experience for a change. More

Traded in my 2004 WRX for a family vehicle . Liked the TriBeCa was show two. Kevin never rushed us and answered all questions. Got us the best deal and helped extremely. This is the first dealership I've ever been too that explained everything never rushed me into anything. Shawn was a great sales person! He tried to get me the best deal for the money and told me everything straight with no xx. I was even able to negotiate a bit with accessories. First of all I love my Subaru Outback! It is the first car I've ever had that can manage to make it up my steep driveway on ice without chains! Secondly, the dealership goes out of its way to accommodate you as a customer. There's none of the gimmicky "let me talk to my manager" stuff. You get a bottom line price without games. It's the first dealership I've been to that treats you like an intelligent human being. Shelley, my salesperson, was fabulous both times I've done car business there, accommodating and very attentive to detail. Even when I've gone in for oil changes, if she is working, she makes it a point to come over to say hi, how's it going, how's the car, do you need anything. Amazing in today's world. She, of course, stands out but they're all terrific, whether a service call or a part issue. I can't say anything bad about them. More
