Above and beyond.. I purchased a Used car (non-suburu) from them this past Winter. Recently, while using my A/C for the first time it did not work. Although I was past I purchased a Used car (non-suburu) from them this past Winter. Recently, while using my A/C for the first time it did not work. Although I was past the CT Used Car Warranty by time, the dealer was quick to set me up with an appointment, provide a rental car for me, and paid for my A/C compressor to be replaced at another dealer as my car is not a Suburu. My satisfaction doesn't come from getting something for free, it comes from this dealer's thought to go above and behind when it wasn't required. Above and Beyond My wife were going to buy two used cars from Dan Perkins. On Wednesday we were supposed to come in and pick up car 1 of 2. That afternoon a manager calls me from my sales persons phone to tell me they have an issue. The car that was reserved from my wife had been unreserved and sold out from under our guy. This could have gone poorly, but our sales guy and the management of Dan Perkins did what was needed to ensure my wife got the car she needed and wanted. Amazing Customer Service and Friendly Trustworthy Staff I went into purchase a used vehicle, and spent hours with Bob looking at and test driving used Subaru's. After Bob spent over 2 hours with me, ready I went into purchase a used vehicle, and spent hours with Bob looking at and test driving used Subaru's. After Bob spent over 2 hours with me, ready to sell me a used car, I inquired about purchasing a new vehicle. IF I were Bob, I would been upset and showed some type of negative emotion, however, Bob did not. He was completely cool, and was actually happy that I decided to go with a new 2017 model instead of a used model. Bob explained that I made the correct choice in going for a new model rather than a used one, but didn't want to pressure me in purchasing a new vehicle in order to keep me within my budget. After hours of preparing now useless paperwork and phone calls Bob happily arranged everything I needed for my New 2017 Impreza, from new registration, setting up meetings with the finance department, and even new plates. On top of this Subaru gave me the exact Kelly Blue Book Value of my trade in. After working with Bob I had the pleasure to work with Gabe Demelo and George Irizarry for financing, other paperwork, and warranty information. I thought no one would top the professionalism and trustworthiness of Bob, but I soon realized that Bob, Gabe, and George were all operating at the high standards Dan Perkins Subaru has as a whole.
