Been a customer since they opened, purchased 5 cars there and dealer-serviced all of them to this day. Every person there is great to see and deal with - from Sales to Service. Very low turnover – I see th and dealer-serviced all of them to this day. Every person there is great to see and deal with - from Sales to Service. Very low turnover – I see the same employees in both departments every time I go there for years on end. They know me and they take care of their customers. I trust them completely when it comes to servicing my vehicles - and it’s great to see Dan still ambling around, picking up any stray trash he might see, and straightening up the excellent customer lounge! Really excellent facility that allows me to work and be productive and comfortable settings. I choose to use the quiet business room to get work done while they are servicing my car – no time lost! Prompt service, knowledgeable service department workers, David Demsky helped me with issues. I did not know how to correct, he was very attentive to my needs and such a kind human being. Mark Messidor, He is in charge of the service department, and I am sure I spelled his name wrong, but I also made him listen to all of my concerns, Shawna helped me with another matter in the service department that I did not have A clue how to correct. They have the best service department and again kudos to David Demsky who went above and beyond for me. More
