Kurt did a great job of making the financing feel manageable with my budget and Nathanael talked us through some complicated loan information so that it all made sense. I drove the car home the same day as purchasing it! Finally, Kurt sent a thank-you card to me a few days later for purchasing the car. I highly recommend shopping at SPH, if you can. Thanks, Steven's Point Honda! I love my Honda CR-V. - David More

We had a shopping trip planned to that area (50 miles away) and thought we would just drop in to look at it. When we arrived it was not on the lot so I went in to inquire about it. When greeted at the door I asked about it and was asked if I had a trade in??? Who cares, show me the vehicle FIRST!!! The salesman took me to his desk and found it in inventory but had to go ask if it was there. When he came back he said they were part of the Homerun Auto Group with 35 stores and it was NOT there. I WILL NOT deal with a bait and switch dealership like that!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! More
Shady service dept, shady dealership? Took our Pilot in (4/8/19) for an airbag safety recall. Picked up the Pilot, was told that what additional services needed. To my surprise, the transm Took our Pilot in (4/8/19) for an airbag safety recall. Picked up the Pilot, was told that what additional services needed. To my surprise, the transmission fluid is “very dark” and the rear diffrienatial chattered and needed the fluids replaced. How can that be...I replaced both fluids myself some time during the last week of March with oem Honda fluids I ordered from Amazon. So unless I recieved used fluids in a sealed container and somehow I overlooked the coloration when filling the diffriential and transmission. I don’t know how the transmission fluid can be “very dark”...unless of course they mistaken the transmission dipstick for the oil dipstick. As for the chattering, yes, you can feel it if the fluid is older and broken down, however, there is no chattering. Now unless the service tech is superb at their job and can feel the slightest vibration driving from the garage door to the service area, I don’t know how he could have known their was a chatter. To feel the chatter, you would have to drive for a certain distance, and the chatter will only be felt at a certain RPM. So if they did this, they drove the vehicle off the dealership lot without authorization. So I reached out to Stevens Point Honda, and the response I received was they will forward my thoughts to the general manger but included, that they have been #1 for the last 4 years. And that he is certain that they only recommended these services due to Honda’s recommended schulduled maintence. Well, if that’s the case, then they should have seen in the records that I had my rear diffriential and transmission fluids replaced no more than 20k mi ago. Honda recommends 30k for the rear diffriential and 60k for the transmission. Makes me wonder if they even performed these fluid changes when I brought in in for that. Anyhow, even if I didn’t recently change the fluids, these fluids should still some time left before they needed to be replaced. Now maybe this is all a mistake, and the lighting made the fluid look darker than it really is....but please don’t fabricate lies and make recommendation for services not needed. Not all people need to take their vehicles in for service, unless they absolutely need to at the time, so don’t assume every one who brings their vehicles in haven’t done their own maintenance or is not capable. Specifically, the vehicle should be detailed; make the new owner proud of their new "baby". I am still finding pieces of food/dirt in my vehicle. Secondly, if a vehicle is equipped with satellite radio, it is customary to include a trial membership. Lastly, a full tank of gas is typically included when purchasing a vehicle, new or used. Of these "little things," none were taken care of. Made me feel as if they just wanted to take my money, and get me out the door; zero customer service. More
Ok but not great service I was pleased with the service I received from Matt the salesman I was working with. My disappointment came after the purchase was completed. First th I was pleased with the service I received from Matt the salesman I was working with. My disappointment came after the purchase was completed. First they didnt bother to put any gas in the tank, I did test drive it with the fuel light on but thought that they would put some fuel in should the sale go through. Then driving home the tire check light came on. I also happened to discover that an oil change was due on the vehicle as it was at only 30%. My disappointment is in the lack of attention to the small details. Makes me wonder what else may have been overlooked. I ended up bringing it to my local dealer and having everything checked there. Although I really did like working with Matt I'm not sure I would recommend or go back there. More

Rude. Horrible customer service. I all of my years working in the business world have I ever experienced such a lack in customer service skills. I would never recommend this business I all of my years working in the business world have I ever experienced such a lack in customer service skills. I would never recommend this business to another. Poor communication. Was told by GM that he had more important things to do then "deal with me." I do feel fortunate that I did not end up buying the vehicle, which is really sad statement for a car dealership. Not sure what the customer return rate would be but based on my experience, I would assume it's really low. More
