I am treated with courtesy, provided a loan vehicle if needed, and never feel taken advantage of, hoodwinked, or anything of the sort. My vehicle is an expensive investment and I depend on the accuracy, integrity and reliability of Courtesy Motors to keep it running in good condition. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would strongly recommend purchasing and servicing the vehicle through Courtesy. More
Horrible attitude, lies with quotes on the phone, then changes them upon arrival to the dealership. Service Manager says ok to concerns and complaints, and is completely apathetic. Steve Ritter hands up the phone on customers when being asked to explain what the service entails and quoting an absurdly high number. Then when calling back asking why I was disconnected, he responds with profanity and hangs up the phone. In addition, when having your vehicle serviced at this dealer expect them to oblivious to your concerns, and expect to get answers like Special Oil, Special Service, Certain things Honda recommends, and other such hoodwink like answers. The receptionists are nice, but the after sales experience is horrible, you'd be better off driving elsewhere. More
