I entered into a signed purchase agreement with this dealership and wired payment, which was received and accepted. During the process, the sales representative, Mr. Rudolph, was professional and hel dealership and wired payment, which was received and accepted. During the process, the sales representative, Mr. Rudolph, was professional and helpful. However, after the agreement was executed and payment was sent, I was informed that the vehicle differed from what had been represented, including higher mileage than initially stated and a warranty that had already commenced. When I raised these discrepancies, I was subsequently told by management (Louis K) that the original agreed upon price would not be honored and that an additional $5,000 would be required to proceed, despite the signed agreement and funds already being transferred. As a result, I did not complete the transaction which started in January 2026. Interestingly the vehicle is still on their website and has not sold. They did refund my money but did not honor the written sakes contract. I am happy to say that I ended up purchasing a Similar vehicle with a higher MSRP and more options For several thousand dollars below their price. Buyers may want to carefully verify all vehicle details and confirm that agreed terms will be honored throughout the process. More

I purchased a car online and have had the worst experience ever. I have purchased cars on line previously on several occassions and had great experiences. I purchased the car and was told i could expect delivery in 1 week. 1 Week later i still did not even hear back as to when my new car would be shipped out. I emailed and called 5 times wihout a response. I finally receivced a call back from the General Manager of the dealership sho promised to take care of me. Of course this still did not happen as it took another 2 weeks to get this done. I traded in my car as well and somehoe they managed to get my car picked up a week before i receoived the new car that i purchased. They charged me $1400 to get the car ready. They did notin to get the car ready. There are SO Many issues with the car that they obvously ignored. It seems like every warning light is on. Engine Light Failed Emmission Multiple Bulbs out ABS Warning DSC Warning Time for Regular Maintenance Sound System - Has no Volume - Radio, Phone, Sirius, anything. Radio works, tune to different channel, but no sound Roof control does not work. When pressed it will only roll down the windows, the top wont actually come down. Trunk Broken - wont stay up Hood Latch Broken, Zip tie used as a fix Cover Piece on Engine not secured - Just placed in position, mounting screws missing Other interior lights not working- Dashboard Reverse Button Light NO Manual - Making it impossible to Passenger Rear Seat broken, does not hold in place I reached out to the dealership on 5 occasions now and still NO RESPONSE. They knew about all these issues and hid them all from me. I was told there were NO ISSUES and the Car was in perfect condition. They took advantage of an online purchase.
