I first stopped into Della Toyota on a very cold day in March 2024. Heather met me outside despite the frigid temps. I left the dealership that day without purchasing a vehicle. Over the next few months, Heather reached out on a couple of occasions to check in with me. She did so in a manner which let me know she was available to help if I needed but without being obtrusive. In August, I reached out to Heather as I saw a vehicle in production that I was interested in. Heather completed the sale with me in September. I was very satisfied with the process and in particular Heather's approach. This is the 4th new vehicle I have purchased, and it is rare to find someone that isn't overly assertive when trying to sell a car. I appreciate Heather's guidance and support throughout the buying process. More

I made an appointment to have an oil change and to rotate the tires. Brought the car in and waited 1 and 1/2 hours and the car had not even been taken into the garage yet to do the work. No communication that they were running behind or anything. Left before they could get to the service. Will not go back for service and will find another dealership when I am ready to buy another new car. VERY POOR SERVICE AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS APPALLING! More
